Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Dream Digital Team LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects information submitted through this website, its forms, and the AI chat.
Effective date: July 24, 2026 · Version 2026-07-24.11. Who we are and scope
Dream Digital Team LLC (“Dream Digital,” “we,” “us”) builds marketing and automation systems for local service businesses in the United States. This policy applies to dreamdigital.team, website forms, AI chat, analytics, and related communications. It does not replace the privacy terms of a separately contracted client project.
2. Information we collect
When you contact us, we may collect your name, phone number or email, business type, city or service area, project needs, consent choices, and the content of your conversation. We also receive limited technical information such as IP-derived security signals, browser and device data, timestamps, page interactions, referral source, and anti-spam verification results.
Please do not submit passwords, payment-card data, health information, government identifiers, or other confidential information through the form or AI chat.
3. How we use information
We use information to answer questions, qualify and respond to requests, prepare proposals, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, measure website performance, maintain consent records, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use form or chat content for advertising profiles.
4. AI chat and automated processing
The chat is an automated AI system and may make mistakes. Messages are sent to an AI provider to generate a response and may be processed by our CRM and automation services when you confirm a request. The AI does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. A request is submitted only after the interface shows the final consent step and you confirm it.
5. Calls, email, and AI voice consent
Submitting a request asks us to respond using the contact information you provide. A separate optional checkbox authorizes a callback made with an AI assistant, artificial voice, or similar automated technology. That consent is not a condition of purchase and may be revoked at any time by telling us to stop, emailing dreamdigital72@gmail.com, or using the subject “DO NOT CALL.” Carrier charges may apply.
6. Service providers and disclosures
We may share information with providers that help us host, secure, analyze, communicate, and operate the service, including Vercel, Cloudflare, Google Analytics, OpenAI, OpenJarvis CRM, Telegram, and communications providers. They process information for us under their own terms and applicable agreements. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a business reorganization.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. Legal bases and retention
Depending on applicable law, processing is based on your request or consent, steps toward a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and legal obligations. Inactive inquiry data is ordinarily reviewed for deletion within 24 months. Contract, tax, consent, fraud-prevention, or dispute records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary or legally required.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted transport, restricted server-side secrets, rate limits, anti-spam checks, and access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics 4 helps us understand aggregated traffic and conversions. It may use cookies or similar identifiers and receive device, referral, and page-interaction data. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form text, or AI-chat content to Analytics. You may restrict cookies in your browser or use Google’s Analytics opt-out tools without losing access to the form.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or withdrawal of consent. California residents may also have rights to know categories, sources, purposes, and recipients of personal information and to exercise their rights without discrimination. We may verify your identity and retain information when an exemption applies.
11. Children and international processing
The service is intended for business representatives age 18 or older and is not directed to children. Providers may process information in the United States and other countries subject to appropriate legal and contractual safeguards where required.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service or law changes. The new version will appear here with a revised date. Send privacy requests to Dream Digital Team LLC at dreamdigital72@gmail.com with the subject “PRIVACY REQUEST,” or use the Dream Digital contact form.
