Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the Dream Digital website, forms, and AI chat. Paid services are governed by a separate written proposal or agreement.

By using the website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for a company, you represent that you have authority to accept them. The service is intended for users age 18 or older.
2. Website purpose
Dream Digital Team LLC develops marketing and operational systems for local service businesses, including websites, local search presence, lead handling, workflow automation, and AI assistants. Website materials describe possible approaches and are not a binding quote or offer.
3. Pricing, timelines, and results
Any examples of price, timing, savings, or scope are informational. Final terms apply only after written confirmation in a separate proposal or agreement. We do not guarantee rankings, Google Maps or Yelp placement, lead volume, revenue, return on investment, or uninterrupted access to third-party platforms.
4. AI chat
The chat is an automated AI system. Its answers may be incomplete or incorrect and are provided for general information and initial request qualification only. Do not rely on them as legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and do not submit confidential information. A request is transmitted only after you complete the interface’s final confirmation.
5. Communications and AI-assisted calls
Submitting contact information asks Dream Digital to respond about your request by ordinary call, email, or the channel you provide. A separate optional consent allows a callback using an AI assistant, artificial voice, or prerecorded technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase, carrier rates may apply, and you may revoke consent by telling us to stop or emailing “DO NOT CALL.”
6. Paid services and client responsibilities
Paid work begins only under a separate scope of work, proposal, order, or agreement that controls deliverables, timing, fees, revisions, support, ownership, and termination. Clients must provide accurate information and lawful access, own or license submitted materials and contact lists, and comply with advertising, privacy, communications, and industry rules.
7. Acceptable use
You may not disrupt or probe the service, bypass safeguards, gain unauthorized access, scrape at scale, transmit malicious code, spam, harass, defraud, violate third-party rights, or use the AI features for unlawful or discriminatory activity. We may restrict access when abuse or a security risk is suspected.
8. Third-party services
Solutions may interact with Google, Yelp, Meta, OpenAI, Cloudflare, Telegram, OpenJarvis CRM, Vercel, telephony, and other platforms. Their own terms apply and they may change APIs, pricing, or availability. Dream Digital does not control those decisions.
9. Intellectual property
The website, design, copy, code, brand, and demonstrations belong to Dream Digital or its licensors. Rights in paid project deliverables are determined by the separate project agreement.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Digital disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including lost profit, data, customers, or reputation. Aggregate liability arising solely from free website or AI-chat use is limited to US $100, except where law prohibits that limitation. Paid-project liability is governed by the applicable agreement.
11. Indemnity and suspension
You agree to cover reasonable losses and costs resulting from your unlawful use, breach of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights. We may suspend access for a breach, security threat, or lawful request.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by California law and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict rules. The parties will first attempt good-faith written resolution for 30 days. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts serving Los Angeles County, California.
13. Changes and contact
